Churches Mutual is a Mutual Society owned and run by its members.
An essential part of our governance is the AGM which is open to members and is a chance to find out more about your credit union, what we have been up to in the past year and what we’ll be working on during the new year.
We operate a hybrid AGM, with members able to participate in the meeting remotely or in person.
If you are a member of Churches Mutual Credit Union you will receive your AGM notification email which includes instructions on how to register to attend the online AGM usually around three weeks before the date however we tend to publicise the date well before this as we know our members lead very busy lives.
The AGM includes elections of officers to serve the Credit Union for the next three years. Information regarding the candidates is on the annual newsletter which is sent to members along with the AGM notification email. The annual accounts are presented to the members, a copy of our most recent accounts are available here. The minutes of last year’s AGM are available here.

Details of our Next AGM will be found below in due course.
* Restrictions permitting, there will also be capacity for a small number of members to join us in person if they wish to. However, this number is limited and will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
