COVID-19 – Social Distancing
We would like to advise Members that Churches Mutual remains fully operational.
However in the light of recent HSE and Government advice and guidelines, as responsible employers and to ensure the business continues to function in these circumstances, we have taken the decision to move the office staff to home working from Thursday 19thMarch until such time as we are informed that it is no longer advisable.
As we already operate primarily through online and telephone access, share withdrawals, deposits and loan applications will continue to be processed as normal. Churches Mutual is well capitalised and your money is completely safe.

If you need to send an application, supporting documents or any other kind of notification these are best scanned or photographed and sent by email or uploaded to the secure portal on our website. If at all possible please avoid sending any correspondence to us through the post, if you do, please take into consideration that action on this may be delayed by redirection/collection.
Most of our Members already use our online area to view their accounts, if you have not already done so please consider registering for access to the Members' Area. If you have any difficulty in setting this up please contact us and we’ll talk you through it.
Finally if you are worried about your financial circumstances or if you think that you may struggle with loan repayments due to the Coronavirus situation then please let us know as we may be able to help.
We hope that this action will minimise the impact of the Coronavirus on us as an organisation, and we trust that things will be back to normal before too long. In the meantime, take care and stay well.
