Annual Meeting of Members 2023

Join us for our Annual General Meeting on Friday 27th January 2023 and have your say. The AGM is open to members and is a chance to find out more about your credit union, what we have been up to in the past year and what we’ll be working on during the new year.

Where? Online 

Our seventh AGM will take place on Friday, 27th January 2023 at 11.30am, at The United Reformed Church House, 86 Tavistock Place, London, WC1H 9RT. Following the success of the online AGM last year, members will again be able to participate in the meeting remotely. We will send details of how to join the meeting to registered participants a few days before the date of the meeting.

There is capacity for a small number of members to join us in person if they wish to, however due to space constrictions this number is limited and will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

If you are a member of Churches Mutual Credit Union you should have received you AGM notification email which includes instructions on how to register to attend the online AGM. If you have not received this please contact us on admin@cmcu.org.uk.To register your interest in attending the AGM please email us on admin@cmcu.org.uk stating if you wish to participate online or in person.

The AGM will include elections of officers to serve the Credit Union for the next three years. Information regarding the candidates is on the annual newsletter which has been sent to members along with the AGM notification email. The annual accounts will also be presented to the members and a copy is available here and a copy of the minutes of the 2022 AGM is available here.  The full agenda for the AGM is included in the newsletter attached to the notification email.
